Order and Shipping Information
My Sea Glass
All of my sea glass is genuine sea glass that has been found on a
beach in the North Sea of England, the Northern California Coast and
Nova Scotia, Canada. My glass has not been tumbled
or polished. It is genuine, authentic sea glass in a variety of
beautiful and rare colors. My Guarantee
If you unsatisfied with your sea glass jewelry for any reason, please
return your jewelry within 15 days of receiving your order (in original
condition) for a store credit or refund (less shipping). While I
take great care to create each piece to be very sturdy, if there happens
to be a defect that causes it to break in that time, I will of course
fix your jewelry or refund your money. I just ask that you return
the original jewelry piece(s).
Shipping
All orders are shipped via insured mail through the United States
Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges will
depend on the value and weight of the shipment. The shopping cart
will automatically figure out the appropriate shipping charges for you.
All orders ship out within 2 business days after order is received
(Monday through Friday). About My Jewelry
Each piece of jewelry pictured is the actual piece of rare genuine
sea glass jewelry you will receive. Because of the beautifully
unique nature of natural authentic sea glass, pieces cannot be
reproduced. All sea glass jewelry is accented with genuine
gemstones and freshwater pearls. All metal in my pieces is genuine
sterling silver. Payments
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are
accepted.
Sales Tax
9% sales tax will be added to all orders within California.
Pricing & Color
While I do my very best to be sure all prices are accurate and
up-to-date, I have the right to change prices at any time. I am
not responsible for pricing errors on the website. Also, I have
tried to accurately display the true color of the sea glass in the
pictures on my website. However, all monitors are different, so
while you receive the actual piece pictured, it may not be exactly the
same color as on your monitor. If you would like additional photos
to show the piece for color reference, please let me know.
